01Our pledge
DevFest Milano is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, religion or experience level. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
02Expected behavior
Be respectful and collaborative. Communicate openly and with empathy. Value different viewpoints and experiences. Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
03Unacceptable behavior
Offensive comments, intimidation, stalking, unwanted photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention are not allowed.
04Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please contact a staff member identifiable by their badge, or write to conduct@gdgmilano.it. All reports will be handled with discretion.
05Consequences
Anyone engaging in unacceptable behavior may be expelled from the event without a refund, at the organizers' discretion. This code applies to all event spaces, both online and offline.
